Your responsibilities

• Analyzing financial KPIs and making decisions that affect them;
• Supporting high management in the controlling and reporting processes and in everyday work with financial tools in the company;
• Coordinating the optimization of financial and controlling processes;
• Close cooperation with the PMO team and other departments of our company, as well as with high-level management staff;
• Leadership role in one of the key groups of projects.

Our requirements

• Min. 2 years of professional experience in the financial or controlling area;
• Logical thinking;
• Effective task prioritization;
• Focus on problem solving and ability to think outside the box;
• Independence of action and proactive attitude;
• Communication with many stakeholders at different seniority levels;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
• Fluent German and English in speech and writing (min. B2);
• Higher education (economic education preferred).
