GL Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Daily accounting transactions in GL processes
• Accounts reconciliations
• Monthly, quarterly, and year-end group reporting’s
• Intercompany reconciliations
• VAT calculations
• Fixed assets register
• Reports for consolidation department
• Internal and external audit support
• Processes improvement and standardization
• Build positive and long-term relations with internal and external stakeholders

Our requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in GL accounting department
• University degree, preferably in Finance / Accounting
• Fluency in English
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Can-do attitude

Optional

• Good knowledge of German or other european language
• Experience with cooperation with German-speaking countries
• Prior working at Shared Service Center
• Experience with processes transition
