For our client, a recognizable and growing commercial real estate company, we are seeking candidates for the position of Financial Controller. The hired person will be responsible for several SPVs from the capital group in terms of financial reporting and controlling. Moreover, the candidate will support the CFO in bank financing aspects.

Your responsibilities

• Preparation of the group financial reporting and consolidation
• Annual budget preparation and forecasting
• Analysis of deviations from the budget
• Cash flow management
• Support the process of bank financing in cooperation with CFO
• Cooperation with bank (monitoring requirements and reporting)
• Business models updates
• Preparation of ad-hoc analysis related to finance and business
• Cooperation with internal and external auditors

Employer requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in financial controlling, reporting or audit
• Knowledge of commercial real estate sector
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Very good command of English (day to day communication with HQ)
• Background in BIG4 - nice to have
• ACCA/CIMA qualification in progress - nice to have
• Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
• High communication and analytical skills
• Pro-activeness and enthusiasm
