In this role you will keep track of payments and make sure that accounts are accurate. Whether you're looking to build on your previous experience or starting your first role, you'll need to be able to learn quickly and take advantage of training programs to build up your financial skills step-by-step.

Your impact:

Here are some of the ways you will have an impact on our business:

•Driving long-term relationships with our clients – you'll be in constant contact with Technical Underwriters who work for our clients in the insurance industry. Based on their needs and requests, you will create invoices for the services that we perform on their behalf.

•Keeping key players up-to-date – you'll prepare reports with weekly, monthly and quarterly frequency to make sure that others are aware of what's current.

•Mastering the details – after receiving payments you will enter the details into our system, taking great care to ensure that things like the tax split and country of origin are correct.

How you'll develop in this role:

Step by step you will learn how Xceedance supports insurers, reinsurers and brokers worldwide. We make it possible for our clients to drive operations, implement cutting-edge technology and improve their performance. By gaining firsthand experience of this, you'll learn how it works and begin to develop expertise in paticular types of services.

Our requirements

• Very good English skills.
• Good knowledge of German.
• Analytical thinking, numeracy and problem-solving skills are critical.
• Previous experience in finance/ credit control/ collections would be an asset.
• Ability to question the status quo and openness to new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good Excel skills.
• A positive attitude and sense of humor are a must!
