CRO Project Finance Specialist

Your responsibilities

• set up and administration of trials in third party site payments system,
• monthly cost managment,
• calculating revenue,
• making monthly project financial reporting and utilization reporting,
• supporting project managers with sponsor calls and financial questions,
• reporting of customer accruals ,
• creating bills in accordance with the sponsor contract and performance and manage site payment billing to sponsors,
• creating and recording payments to sites.

Our requirements

• bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related fields,
• at least 3 years experience in the CRO industry or similar project focused industry,
• strong financial analysis and modeling skills with advanced excel skills,
• experience and comfort in working with project finance systems,
• proactive self-starter attitude and team working ability,
• fluency in English.
