Your responsibilities

• Monitoring accounts and contacting clients (calls, e-mails) to ask about their overdue payments,
• Investigating and resolving unapplied payments,
• Initiating refunds for the overpayments,
• Updating account status records and collection efforts,
• Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status.

Our requirements

• Good level of Danish and English (B2),
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner,
• High analytical and problem solving skills,
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Bachelor's degree or a student's status.
