R2R Team Leader

Your responsibilities

  • Manage R2R teams. Ensure quality and efficiency of work produced
  • Hold regular 1:1 meetings, coach and mentor team, recognize key employees
  • Set performance objectives and perform regular performance evaluations of staff members
  • Unleash talent building up an effective Individual Development Goals
  • Manage end-to end recruitment process (admin, interviews, job offers, onboarding)
  • Rationalize operating costs
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for R2R process related topics
  • Support migration of R2R processes to FSC EMEA
  • Drive process standardization with a strong support and engagement for project handling/ working groups
  • Manage the completion of required month end close activities including review when applicable
  • Oversee timely submission of financial reports as per US GAAP standards
  • Appropriately manage and escalate issues with service delivery
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Interface audit representatives with adherence to the audit requirements
  • Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
  • Ensure fulfillment of all relevant controlling metrics (key performance indicators) continuously improving on performance benchmarks
  • Build strong relationship with key stakeholders
  • Ensure Business Continuity Plan procedure is valid in place

Our requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in managing R2R functions in a shared services environment
  • Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong accounting background

Job Overview

Develops, implements and/or maintains one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. Designs operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency
