Your responsibilities

• preparation of all data for payroll computation done by external service provider
• managing all benefits that impact payroll (life insurance / Social Fund benefits / medical care)
• managing processes around maternity leaves, absences / holidays,
• set-up of new joiners for payroll processes
• dealing with travel and personal expenses
• supporting statutory reporting related to payroll (GUS / ZUS / Tax authorities)
• responsibility for payroll function of entities in a region (4 countries, around 600 employees)
• close co-operation with service providers (payroll entities) in the region
• supporting base accounting processes (around 20% of time)

Our requirements

• minimum 8 years of experience in payroll team or accounting with payroll responsibilities
• experience in overall payroll processes (payroll cycle / month closing)
• understanding of local tax / law environment (PIT / Social Security / Labor law)
• experience in international environment for payroll or accounting processes - advantage
• good English in writing and speaking
• experience in Hi-Tech companies –advantage
• understanding of MS Office and Excel
• team player with good interpersonal skills
• able to work independently and under pressure
• highly organized and reliable with great attention to detail
• experience in payroll or accounting for companies in other countries
