IAM Audit Engagement Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Engagement with SOX, Internal and External Auditors as well as IAM Regional leads globally.
  • Support the global team and build an end-to-end IAM audit management process and framework that is aligned to the Bank’s NFRO framework.
  • Work closely with other cyber and tech teams ensuring strong communications are forged and maintained to mitigate associated risk.
  • Advise on the delivery of IAM improvements, automation, and future-state objectives.
  • Directly influence the operational effectiveness of the functional unit.
  • Act as an initial point of contact for IAM audit requirements.
  • Adhere to and actively support established policies and procedures.
  • Support and embed change initiatives.
  • Lead team members and manage their performance process.

Our requirements

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal with experience in regulatory reporting.
  • Previous experience in regulatory risk role or similar.
  • Experience of communication with regulators within the banking sector.
  • Self-sufficient and strong motivation withing the context of the role and scope.
  • Identity & Access Management Experience.
  • Regulatory, Risk & Issue Management Experience.
  • Technical background/degree.
  • Awareness/knowledge of relevant frameworks e.g. NIST, GDPR etc.
  • Technical background with relevant certifications e.g. CISA, CISM, CGEIT etc.
  • Previous audit/governance experience.
