Service Lead Accounts Receivable GBS

Your responsibilities

• Lead the global service operation for Accounts Receivable (AR) including strategic development, introduction of new service activities, roll-in of additional customers
• Global responsibility for service AR regarding quality, costs, customer satisfaction, competence and compliance
• Ensure efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness in delivering service AR to BSH business areas globally in line with activity split
• Take accountability for customer satisfaction and create a culture for high performance team
• Provide alignment with business service demands within agreed global activity split and manage the service center location split for service AR
• Conduct disciplinary and administrative tasks regarding team members (e.g. performance evaluation, approvals)

Our requirements

• Master’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar
• Working experience - up to 5 years
• English – fluent knowledge, German or other language will be an asset
• Lean Leadership, agile ways of working, service excellence, project and service portfolio management
• Profound knowledge regarding Accounts Receivable processes & organization
• SAP knowledge will be an asset
• Empathetic & efficient servant leadership skills
• Strong in cross-divisional collaboration
• Analytical thinking, interdisciplinary skills
