Reporting Governance and Analytics Senior Manager (maternity cover)

Your responsibilities

• Collate, review Operational & Resilience Risk governance insight papers for senior risk boards and committees.
• Lead and facilitate ad hoc insights and analysis for the senior risk boards and committees.
• Work with senior leaders from Enterprise Risk Management on insight papers & analysis.
• Lead initiatives across First, Second and Third Lines of Defence (Audit) stakeholders. This often requires input and collaboration with senior stakeholders across the bank.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in the Operational Risk and Resilience teams to understand and effectively communicate changes in risk positions.
• Lead initiatives aiming at improved insights, simpler governance processes and improved tooling.

Our requirements

• Advanced spoken and written English skills a pre-requisite.
• Experience in collating & preparing actionable operational & resilience risk papers for senior risk committees.
• Experience in senior roles in risk functions in significant global organisations, preferably in a Non-Financial Risk area.
• Ability to communicate effectively in order to build relationships and influence key senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills with experience of positive, challenging interactions with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
