Your responsibilities

• Analyzing the environmental and social risks connected with branch activity and location (pollution, waste, social exclusion, unemployment, etc.),
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of CSR approach implementation within the Drosed Group and its plants, utilizing LDC Group performance indicators,
• Awareness raising, training and stimulating Drosed Holding employees regarding sustainable development,
• Monitoring national and local legislation in order to ensure that the company complies with the applicable regulations and standards regarding sustainable development.

Our requirements

• Good knowledge of sustainable development and CSR matters, careers and challenges in agri-food sector
• Experience in public speaking and contact with the media
• Creativity and innovativeness,
• Self-reliance and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of standards and certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 26000, B Corp, ODD, etc.)
• Knowledge of risk analysis methods,
• Ability to analyze data and present conclusions.
