Credit Management Accountant with German and / or French

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Monitoring, maintaining and collecting accounts receivable (calls, emails)
• Performing month-end closing reports and adjustments (3rd party and ICO account reconciliation, calculating and posting provisions)
• Maintaining customers internal credit limits
• Managing credit check to hold/release shipments
• Cooperating with Sales team, Customer Service and other departments
• Carrying out weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
• Maintaining Credit Management operating procedures
• Supervise and coordinate legal proceedings

Nasze wymagania

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Experience in Finance Department
• Fluency in English, fluency in German and/or French
• Knowledge of another European language (e.g. Dutch) would be an advantage
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Interpersonal skills for interacting with accountants, internal and external customers
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (business communication)
• Effective self-management and ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Openness to flexible work-time, being a team-player
• Self-starter with positive attitude, enthusiasm, drive and energy
• Being able to work effectively under time pressure and with difficult customers
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
