A 12 LBesG Are you looking for a variety of tasks and perspectives, are you interested in the entire software and product development process and are you curious about digital innovation and transformation? Then we are looking for you. These tasks await you: You will monitor digital products and services as well as analyze and develop usage scenarios in storyboards, use cases and user stories using key performance indicators (KPI, OKR). You create regular analyses, reports and presentations for the CIO and the IT departments as well as the internal media of the City of Bochum. You provide support with decision papers for new projects and processes You analyze the process landscape and identify potential for optimization You make an important contribution in exciting projects and in the strategic and operational design of business processes. You are responsible for the service design for cross-IT processes or city-wide IT processes. Researching relevant literature and current trends, e.g. in the field of social media and benchmarking, is part of future-oriented work. You organize the product lifecycle management system (PLMS) with analysis, design and implementation in the field of information technology. You manage the continuous optimization of the PLM system. These are your qualifications and skills: You have completed a degree (Bachelor / FH) in computer science, digitization or comparable or have completed training as an IT specialist or IT technician with several years of professional experience. Civil servants: You have a degree (Bachelor / FH) with a focus on computer science or another IT-related discipline and are qualified for category 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service. You can also apply if you have several years of relevant experience in the field of KPI, OKR, product lifecycle management system and service design and can prove this accordingly. You are capable of change and adaptation, work responsibly and actively tackle problems in an area of responsibility that will continue to develop dynamically in the future and are open to new solutions. You are persuasive and assertive and have a high level of commitment and initiative. You have an independent and proactive way of working and are willing to take on responsibility. You are curious, eager to learn and like to keep up to date with certifications and training. You are an absolute team player, have a strong service mentality and communicate fluently. You are committed to establishing the triad of business, people & technology. You have very good knowledge in the areas of: Agile or hybrid working methods Service and process design, including complex (digitalization) processes Lifecycle management, implementation of the PDCA cycle Use and ongoing review of KPIs or OKRs Data exchange platforms, collaboration applications Concise presentation of key figures and rules for different management levels Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint It would be desirable if you already have are ITIL-certified. have experience with ITIL-aligned processes. have experience of working with collaboration applications and environments. have a good command of written and spoken English.
