CommScope is looking to add an Engineer Continuous Improvement to join our Manufacturing Operations Team in Cd. Delicias, Chihuahua.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promotes the Culture of Continuous Improvement in the different departments of CommScope.


• Supports the execution and implementation of continuous process improvement projects.


• Facilitator for the teams during the development of kaizen events, giving support in the evaluation and implementation of best practices.


• Duties & Responsibilities


• Supports and promotes the execution and implementation of continuous process improvement projects.


• Coordinates and supports personnel of the plant in the development of projects using the methodologies of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.


• Serves as a facilitator for the teams during the development of kaizen events, giving support in the evaluation, implementation of best practices.


• Document the execution of projects on a monthly basis, to monitor compliance with the goal.


• Manages the Punta Estrella program and provides the scores obtained by Production Supervisor, for quarterly bonus allocation.


• Manages the Lean LPA tool to prevent deterioration of the systems implemented in the production lines.


• This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Professional Engineering Studies


• Required experience of at least 1 year in a similar position


• Skill in handling computer packages


• English required.


• Ability to work in a team and leadership.


• Attitude with service focus, organized, analytical end proactive.


• Solid project management skills
