The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance planning function, ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of maintenance tasks across departments. This role requires hands-on experience in maintaining plant registers, coordinating critical equipment maintenance, and overseeing engineering stores and procurement processes. A concrete background in Procurement & Supply within a Production Maintenance environment is essential, as the candidate will manage engineering buying, stock control, and critical spare parts management. The ideal candidate should possess a National Diploma, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning within a production environment, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience working with senior management is also a key requirement.
