Electrical Engineer

Our client in the consulting environment is looking for an Electrical Engineer in Cape Town with a minimum of 5 years of building services experience in the consulting sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Manage full design aspects for Electrical and Electronic Services across a range of building services projects. Analyzing project requirements in the context of various codes and standard and develop conceptual designs through to a set of construction information. Directing a small team to ensure compliant designs are delivered to agreed programs. Manage and coordinate interdisciplinary interfaces. Develop scripts and add-ins to automate repetitive design aspects and/or to check various design compliance aspects Representation at client and professional meetings and being able to present work and engage in technical conversations. Minimum of 5 years consulting engineering building services experience BEng/BSc or BTech degree in Electrical Engineering, Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office,
