Customer Support Manager / Service Account Manager – Technical Sales
Are you an experienced Engineer / Sales Account Manager / Customer Support Manager, Sales Focussed Professional with good engineering know how or even an Engineer looking to take on a slightly different role using their expertise in a different way? Are you looking to get involved with a market leader in their field in a close knit, bubbly and fun group / team?
If so, we are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Account Manager / Customer Support Manager on a permanent basis to take over the Eastern Europe Region for a company that supply globally specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke processing machines for various industries.

Customer Support Manager / Service Account Manager – Technical Sales / Technical Support
This person will need an engineering know how or have an engineering / manufacturing background (The ability to speaking to design, engineering, service etc. and know roughly what is going on’ a technical front)

·The successful candidate must be willing to travel across a designated region and support customers (Circa once a month for a couple of days – not extensive / 20%)

·This could be someone more sales focussed within engineering or an engineer wants to do this sort of role

Salary Package

·Competitive annual salary circa £40,000 to £50,000 per annum

The Role

Down to expansion and team growth, we are looking for an Engineering Account Manager to take over a specific designated region, the main current focus is to shift from reactive to proactive and focus on existing customers across the region while using your engineering knowledge to ensure to best solution is proposed, other duties include:

· We are looking for someone who has the technical engineering knowledge that can liaise directly with customers for bespoke special purpose machinery enquiries across Europe for the pharmaceutical industry

Travelling across a designated region to support customers and be a physical presence – not extensive.

·Conducting meetings with internal teams (Design, Service, Automation etc.) to propose the best solution - Working with technical experts and then using this to put together proposals for customers, cost calculations etc
