Reliability and Failure Analysis Technician

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for reliability test data collection and initial data analysis, e.g., trending filing and updating, failure identification and reporting
* Responsible for 1st stage failure analysis： Hands on failure analysis using internal resources and tool e.g., visual inspection, electro-luminance, FA record maintenance and external failure analysis logistics.
* Responsible to create draft production wafer validation report.
* Assist setting up new test rigs/recipes and support existing test equipment maintenance.
* Manage assigned tasks and deliver them to agreed timeline
* Take part in required internal and external technical training program;
* Any other ad hoc duty as requested by the Reliability Team leader.
Person Specification:
Required:
* Skilled user of Microsoft Excel for data collection and analysis
* Familiar with Microsoft office, e.g., Word and PowerPoint
* Ability of small-size sample handling
* Flexible attitude to working hours
Desired
* Degree of relevant subject
* Previous experience of parametric test
* Familiar to statistical analysis software
* Experience of semiconductor industry sector
* Knowledge of III-V optoelectronic device
