Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

About the Role:

• Lead the Project Delivery team, ensuring successful execution of mechanically biased projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery processes.
• Oversee the management of project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the Project Delivery team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage resource allocation and project prioritisation.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior project management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project Management Professional (PRINCE2 or APM) certification or equivalent is a must.
• Experience in a mechanically biased company or projects is highly advantageous.
