We are working with a key client seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to join their innovative company, specialising in harnessing data and technology to transform the tech for good industry.
About the Role: As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions. You’ll lead a talented team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers, guiding them to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Foster collaboration and communication within the team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilise your technical background to support and mentor team members.
Implement agile methodologies to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions to address challenges.What We’re Looking For:
A career background that ideally transitions from a Developer to a Delivery Manager.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Strong knowledge of .NET and Azure DevOps; familiarity with Python and Typescript is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
