Industrial Disease Paralegal

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s industrial disease department, it is now seeking to appoint a paralegal who will assist with a caseload of Hand Arm Vibrations, Short Tail and Noise Induced Hearing Loss files.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that you have assisted on disease cases to include reviewing and drafting documents, with an understanding of the litigation process.

You will be involved in complex cases to include investigating quantum and liability and reviewing records.

You will have full training and support in this role and the firm offers excellent development and progression opportunities.

The Candidate

• Paralegal with experience of assisting on disease cases
• Experience of the litigation process
• Excellent academics
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
