Job Description
Astute's Nuclear team is partnering with a leading Engineering company in the Nuclear sector to recruit a Mechanical Fitter on a 12-month contract for its Burghfield site.
The Mechanical Fitter role comes with an hourly rate of £34.
Key skills
Assemble components to parts list and drawing requirements
Perform functional testing of assemblies
Test assemblies to customer and/or NIS criteria
Operate test equipment in compliance with engineering standards
Carry out mechanical assembly and testing to NIS and client specific requirements
Assist in the installation and commissioning of equipment on client sites Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Mechanical Fitter role
