Job Description

IT Business Analyst - HR, Workforce Planning - long term contract opportunity vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector. Your tasks: Creating and implementing software applications and processes to support operational workforce planning Participating in a project team to develop, test and roll out agreed changes Cooperating with end-users and stakeholders to define required processes and software changes Defining and documenting business processes as well as creating product documentation Providing training materials and delivering training and support to end users Contributing to the successful transition to business as usual (BAU) operations Your experience/knowledge: Experience in developing IT solutions for workforce management combined with the associated business process changes, user training and overall organizational change Proven track-record of working in insurance, financial services, consulting or professional services Familiarity with participating in a global agile team Knowhow of operational workforce management and strategic workforce planning is a plus Degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or another relevant area along with certifications in business analysis, HR or related fields is an advantage Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken Your soft skills: Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail A high degree of self-organisation and time management Analytical and solution-orientated thinking Location: Zurich, Switzerland Work setting: Hybrid Sector: Insurance & Re-insurance Start: 11/2024 Duration: 7 months Workload: 100% Ref .Nr.: BH 22219 Take the next step and send us your resume along with a daytime phone number where we can reach you.
