Senior Internal Auditor

Your responsibilities

  • Support audit staff and review / finalize audit workpapers and findings where applicable.
  • Plan and execute financial and operational audits.
  • Execute site visits globally to execute risk assessments, internal audits, and/or quarterly SOX Reviews; including the presentation of findings to Site Leaders; under the oversight of IA leadership.
  • Assist in the administrative management of Revvity’s Internal Control Management System, Workiva Wdesk.
  • Complete process flow analyses and narrative reviews on the Revvity internal control environment.
  • Execute detailed walkthroughs related to processes and controls; ensuring risk is sufficiently mitigated.
  • Supervise staff auditor activities and developing professional skills including general training, monitoring growth, and general oversight.
  • Execute certification requirements for quarterly SEC reporting.
  • Work with process owners and other personnel at various Revvity sites to ensure control documents are continually updated to reflect current control activities.
  • Distribute questionnaires to Revvity’s controllership organization to identify and analyze business risks.
  • Perform other activities on an ad hoc basis (such as SOC-1 analysis and reviews) to ensure the COSO framework requirements are met.

Our requirements

  • 2 - 4 years internal or external audit experience with a public accounting firm or public company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
  • English language at C1 level.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to ensure communicating effectively and work with all levels of organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Authorized to travel globally without restriction (5-10% of FTE).
  • Ability to work from our Cracow's office 6 times per month.
Optional
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
  • Experience with Workiva Wdesk and SAP.
  • Fluency in German.

Job Description:

The candidate for this position will be responsible for supervising and executing financial and operational audits, including the planning, inquiry, observation, testing, and final reporting phases of the audits, under the direction of Internal Audit Leadership. Additionally, the Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for supervising the quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing, reviews, and final reporting; ensuring the effectiveness of the Revvity Internal Control environment governed by SOX and the COSO framework.
