Senior AP Accountant with German

Recruitment for

For our Client, a software company, we are currently looking for a Senior AP Accountant with German language, for a remote role operating from Poland.

Your responsibilities

• Receive, validate and record all incoming invoices
• Ensure appropriate approvals are received before recording invoices
• Ensure coding of invoices is appropriate and free of errors
• Process payment transactions
• Validate and record credit card statements’ transactions
• Validate and record travel expenses
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Employer requirements

• Accounting degree or similar with a focus on finance and accounting
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable area
• Fluent English and German language
• Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities
• Precise, structured and independent way of working with high quality standards
• Team-player capable of working both collaboratively and independently
• Advances Microsoft Office skills
