[Pasir Panjang] 6 Months - Accounts Payable (Hybrid)

* Accounts Payables related duties including processing invoices and payments

* 6 Months Contract/ Extendable/ Convertible

* Min Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payables

* Proficiency in SAP will be a plus

* Basic Salary up to $ 4000 + 0.5 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Process and facilitate invoices to ensure the payments are cleared in a prompt manner

Validate, classify and record accounts payable related data into the system to ensure of high level of accuracy and completeness

Perform basic reconciliation on the accounts payable ledger to detect and investigate on discrepancies

Compute financial reports for management on accounts payables status

Attend to stakeholders' queries and requests on payments related matters

Other ad hoc queries whenever is required

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma in Accounting and Finance or other related fields

Min 2 years of experience in accounts payables related duties

Knowledge in SAP is a plus

Good communication in dealing with stakeholders

Able to adapt to fast paced environment

Working Location: Pasir Panjang

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
