Procurement Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage procurement policies and procedures. Monitor and report on procurement performance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Develop and manage supplier relationships and contracts. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and services. Source, identify, and evaluate potential new suppliers and vendors. Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and cost objectives are met. Manage and coordinate the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and invoicing. Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Analyze market and delivery systems to develop and recommend strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Minimum Requirements National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement and/or purchasing In-depth knowledge of procurement and soursing Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software
