For our Client, a global technology company we are seeking for candidates for the position of AP Manager. The hired person will be responsible for controlling of the entire AP process for Polish legal entity, which is performed by the company's internal SSC (located abroad). The position is focused on the optimisation of financial processes and problem solving with a great possibility of proposing new solutions and improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Managing the team of 2 professionals
• AP processes overview for smooth operation and efficient processes
• Setting new standards of cooperation with SSC
• Monitoring and review of SSC quality and efficiency of performance
• Implementing efficiency and improvements in financial processes
• Supervision and coordination of corporate regular and ad-hoc reporting
• Controls over financial reporting within areas of responsibility

Employer requirements

• Min. 7 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in managing or supervising Accounts Payable
• Fluent communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Experience in cooperation with SSC will be a great asset
• Good knowledge and understanding of corporate finance, financial accounting and reporting
• Hands-on approach, pro-active and problem solving attitude
• High level of flexibility and adjusting to changing environment
