HR Analyst in Controlling Team

Your responsibilities

• Creation and analysis of the company's compensation and FTE dashboard and coordination with the local units
• Reporting on the most important HR-relevant KPIs at Group level, including Financials and ESG
• Assist in calculating local bonus level and target achievement ratios
• Analysis of HR efficiency/productivity rates and preparation of internal benchmarks
• Creation of concepts to strengthen HR controlling in Xella
• Ad-hoc analysis for the ExCom members on HR related financial topics
• Harmonize and standardize HR reporting along the group
• Define / Track and analyze HR related measures

Our requirements

• Degree in economics or comparable course of study
• Professional experience in controlling, (group) accounting, payroll, or auditing (at least 4 years)
• Experience in analyzing labor costs, FTEs, and other HR KPIs
• Affinity for database-driven work as well as high interest in analysis and presentation of analysis results
• Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good English

Optional

• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of TM1(Cognos)
• Knowledge of German
