Your responsibilities

• Drive our insurance projects and deliver solutions that will redefine the sector and positively impact client experiences.
• Advise Insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization using forward-thinking and growth driven mindset.
• Managing projects that address the latest global challenges of the insurance world.
• Support clients in a digital transformation of key capabilities, building relationships with global Accenture teams.
• Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with the best minds in the industry

Our requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant Financial Services or consulting experience, preferably in Insurance domain.
• Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance or Life Insurance: Product strategy & development, distribution, underwriting, claims, operations, pricing.
• Experience as Business Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, Business Architect, Project Manager, Test Manager.
• Strong communicator with fluency in English.
• Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues. Committed to constant progress.
• Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, and growth-driven, with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.
