Job Description Engineering Operations Management Maintenance and Repair Project Management Sustainability and Energy Management Safety and Compliance Communication and Collaboration Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
