We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Service Desk Agent.
Preferred experience:
Experience working in a call center or customer service position (desirable)
Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and lead time optimally
Willingness to learn quickly IT support
