Your responsibilities

• Perform global internal control system reviews and assessments, identifying areas for improvement;
• Provide analysis and insights to strengthen internal controls and drive continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support ongoing internal control system enhancement;
• Continuously monitor and address any discrepancies or inefficiencies within the system;
• Report on the effectiveness of internal controls and make improvement recommendations;
• Develop and deliver internal control training programs, fostering a culture of diligence and improvement.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred;
• Ideally at least 2 years of professional experience in internal controls, risk management or audit;
• Strong proficiency in English and German, with excellent communication and networking skills;
• Eagnerness to learn and passion for intercultural teamwork and travelling on demand;
• Close collaboration and reporting to corporate internal controls at Bietigheim-Bissingen in Germany;
• Experience with internal control software and analytics tools is a plus.
