Your responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team (5-7)
• Supervising day-to-day accounting operations, including the control and verification of financial documents, invoices, and accounts
• Accounting tasks in the area of AP, AR&GL
• Open item risk management (AP, AR, GL)
• Monthly/yearly closing activities
• Internal controls execution
• Cooperation with project stakeholders (multinational)
• Preparing reports for management and business partners
• Participation in budgeting and financial analysis processes
• Support of Cash Treasury activities for selected tasks
• Participating in various IT and other projects focused on digitalization of accounting processes

Employer requirements

• Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven at least 10 years' experience in Accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, principles and legal acts on accounting and taxes
• Advanced English written and spoken
• SAP, HANA an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Deep understanding of GL, AR, AP, R2R, P2P process
• Very good MS skills knowledge, especially Excel
• Experience with start to finish accounting processes
• Experience in international work environment
• Business effectiveness
