• First und Second Level Support für alle Mitarbeitende am Standort Deutschland
• Management und Pflege von Active Directory, Berechtigungen, Exchange Postfächern
• Corporate Phone Support
• Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Skripten
• Unterstützung und Beratung der Geschäftsbereiche bei IT-Themen. Qualitätssicherung in der Durchführung von Aktivitäten hinsichtlich der IT-Infrastruktur innerhalb der AXA IM in Deutschland.
• Aufbau und Aufrechterhaltung eines hohen Vertrauens- und Kooperationsniveaus mit anderen Fachbereichen und IT-Teams über Funktionen und Länder hinweg.
• Beschaffung von Hard- und Software (Bestellung, technische Kontrolle)

Your Profile

• Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich, vorzugsweise mit IT-Ausbildung FiSi oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft-Produkten (Server; Desktop; Exchange; Office)
• Vertraut mit dem Umgang mit einer Windows orientierten Umgebung
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Gute soziale und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Motiviert, selbständiger Arbeitsstil, Teamplayer
