Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead who is an expert in JavaScript technologies, particularly React JS and Node JS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture, team management, and team building, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience. Key Responsibilities : 1. Technical Leadership : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. 2.
