Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

Role & Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-based solutions and large language models. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate AI solutions into various products and services. - Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms. - Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and scalable. - Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to business stakeholders. - Oversee the entire AI project lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into the organization's AI strategy. - Mentor and guide junior AI developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. - Work with stakeholders to identify key business problems and determine how AI can address them. Ideal Candidate : - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. - Certifications : Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud computing. - Experience in a domain-specific AI application (Restaurant or Payment or Loyalty or Surveys). - Strong experience with SQL / NoSQL databases - Proven experience in NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy, transformers) - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Hands-on experience with Data bricks - Proficiency with Microsoft Azure Cloud - Preferred Experience in data visualizations tools like Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn etc- (ref:hirist.tech)
