Responsibilities : - Lead SAP MM/IM/WM implementations - Design, customize, and configure modules - Analyze and document business requirements - Identify and resolve gaps and issues - Develop functional designs, test cases, and results - Perform data uploads using LSMW and BDC - Provide training and user support - Mentor junior team members Requirements : - 5 years' experience - SAP S/4HANA MM/IM/WM knowledge - Business process analysis skills - Documentation skills - Data migration experience - Training and support abilities - Preferred : Industry experience (steel, aluminum, etc.) - Relevant certifications Additional Skills : - Experience with P2P, Classification, and Batch Management - Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and warehouse management processes - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving and analytical abilities - Attention to detail - Flexibility and adaptability Specific Skills for the Role : - Experience with SAP MM modules such as Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management - Knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management - Understanding of inventory management concepts, including stock keeping units (SKUs), stock levels, and inventory valuation - Familiarity with warehouse management processes, including receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping - Proficiency in using SAP MM configuration tools and techniques - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Experience in developing and executing test cases - Knowledge of data migration techniques, including LSMW and BDC - Ability to provide training and support to end-users - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Problem-solving and analytical abilities - Attention to detail - Flexibility and adaptability (ref:hirist.tech)
