Retail Banking Relationship Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service for retail banking products, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
- Assist customers with personal loan applications and inquiries.
- Market and promote bank cards and other personal financial products through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, offering tailored financial advice and product recommendations.
- Keep retail banking customers informed about their portfolios, new product launches, and financial trends.
- Prepare regular reports on banking products, market trends, and business performance.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail banking or financial services. Prior experience in the banking sector is advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering quality service.
