Retail Banking Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service for retail banking products, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
• Assist customers with personal loan applications and inquiries.
• Market and promote bank cards and other personal financial products through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, offering tailored financial advice and product recommendations.
• Keep retail banking customers informed about their portfolios, new product launches, and financial trends.
• Prepare regular reports on banking products, market trends, and business performance.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail banking or financial services. Prior experience in the banking sector is advantageous.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
