Investment VP (Technology and Consumer) - Global Investment House

As they continue to expand their footprint, they are looking for a talented investment professional to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across the region, as well as managing a diverse portfolio of companies that are transforming industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and assessing investment opportunities within the Tech and Consumer sectors across Asia, working closely with a team of seasoned investment professionals.
• Leading various due diligence workstreams, including financial modeling, investment paper drafting, and coordination of internal approval processes. Oversee the closing of investments and monitor portfolio performance, driving successful exits.
• Collaborate extensively with investment colleagues across Asia, contributing to a unified investment strategy.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in private equity investing and/or corporate finance, with exposure to the Technology and/or Consumer sectors. Experience with a top-tier investment bank is highly preferred.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills are essential. Proficiency in using electronic data sources (e.g., Bloomberg, Factiva, Cap IQ) is expected.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
