Finance Business Partner

RECfinancial is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a large business based in Leicestershire.

The role is based at an impressiveoffice which is commutabledistance from areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry & Warwickshire.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this exciting Finance Business Partner role will be responsiblefor leadingthe firm's budgeting / forecasting activities, business modelling, ownershipof the board pack, commercialanalysis, driving decision making based on data driven information and working with the senior leadership team.
The role has a small team reporting to it.
The business is keen to hire a candidate who is likelyto be in a role with a predominantcommercial focus and you will be experienced in working with non finance staff to drive commercialunderstanding and improving operational impact through data lead decision making. As a characteryou'll be looking for a role in a business that'sreally doing something in its market and wanting a role that will offer the opportunity to shape the business's future, having a significant impact.
The business is cash rich, has a focused and committedleadership team, a growth culture and a feeling in the business that everyone is in it together.
To be consideredfor the role you will need to be qualified in either CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
The role has a salary range of between £55,000 and £65,000 plus benefits including a bonus.
