You will be working for a principal contractor in the Ipswich area who works across various sectors including residential, industrial and commercial.
Your new role
As a Residential Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential construction sites. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Proficiency in project management software.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.What you'll get in return
