Production OperatorTemp to perm after the 91st dayRetention Bonus $15,000.00 Site will be closing 12/2025Pay rate $25-$30Shift 8-5:00 Overview:This position requires an individual with the ability to perform multiple tasks within the shippingand receiving function, including shipping and receiving of all materials. This position alsorequires customer order processing and inventory management for in process and finished goods.Responsibilities:Physically unload and perform visual inspection of inbound/outbound freight.Receive raw materials.Assign lot numbers to incoming materials and submit it to QC for incoming inspectionPerform data entry for all materials in ERP (JDE) systemPrepare and affix appropriate documentation to cartons and packages.Manipulate computer terminal to generate shipping labels, File import documents anddistribute copies to appropriate personnelGenerate commercial invoice for international shipmentsMaintain inventory of supplies and finished goodEnter the orders in to JDE, generate order confirmation and send it to customers.Create packing slips and ship orders.Send shipment notifications and tracking info to customers.Domestic shippingPackage & label finished goodSpecial projects as required.Qualifications:High School diploma required.Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a shipping receiving and material handling function,preferably in the medical device industry or equivalent.Knowledge and familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485and/or ISO 9001 (current versions).Well organized with good recordkeeping skills.Ability to work well with others and to communicate effectivelyExcellent communication skillsDemonstrated ability to follow directions, stay on schedule, adhere to standards, and payattention to details
