Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $1,860 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Titusville, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
1:6 ratio experience working with high acuity patients (PCU level)
ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications
Ability to float within scope
Willingness to work every other weekend
Must live greater than 30 miles from the facility

Assignment Details:
Start date: 10/28
12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:00)
4x12-hour schedule
No block scheduling allowed
Blackout dates: 12/24-12/25

Acute Care Hospital
210 total staffed beds
Meditech charting system
Free parking in unrestricted spaces

Traveler Requirements:
If 1-2 holidays fall within assignment, traveler must work 1 evening and 1 holiday
If 3 holidays fall within assignment, traveler must work 1 evening and 2 holidays

Important Notes:
Three call-outs may result in termination
Refusal to change shifts with 48 hours' notice may forfeit guaranteed hours for pay period
Refusal to change shifts with 1 week or more notice may result in termination
Complete required modules at least 4 hours prior to start date
