Job Summary:

Under the supervision of a Business Development manager or other leadership, the Business Development (BD) Analyst supports the BD lifecycle process by developing products, researching opportunities, and analyzing BD-related information. Completes tasks related to developing and submitting winning proposals, including coordination and communication with internal and external team members, improving processes and templates, and providing ideas for content. Supports training, reporting, planning, and strategic goal setting. This may involve conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis, creating slides, developing graphics, or documenting goals or procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Provides products and services necessary to submit winning proposals and accomplish BD goals.
  • Reviews and analyzes solicitation documents.
  • Develops compliance matrices.
  • Develop response templates and outlines.
  • Manages records in SharePoint.
  • Revises data in TechnoMile.
  • Develops draft Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontract Agreements.
  • Maintains BD templates.
  • Builds the skills, processes, and acumen to become a BD leader with decision-making authority and ownership of BD segments.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Required education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.

Required Experience: 0 Years (Entry Level) - 5 Years (Experienced)

Preferred Experience: Prior experience in federal consulting, including internships.

  • Experience using TechnoMile and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience working in the federal business development field.
  • Desire to learn the federal business development lifecycle.
  • Advanced writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, showing a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Computer/Technical skills required:
  • Required: Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred: Prior experience using TechnoMile and/or Salesforce
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
