Ecosystem Growth Manager

We are representing a reputable L1 protocol in looking for an Ecosystem Growth Associate. The ideal candidate would come with 1-3 years of experience in business development, ecosystem management or account management in the web3 space.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver persuasive value propositions and partnership proposals to attract ecosystem builders.
• Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to provide ecosystem builders with necessary resources and support.
• Help ecosystem builders integrate and effectively use the L1 chain's blockchain solutions.
• Plan and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to promote the chain and engage with the community.
• Collect and share feedback from ecosystem builders to guide product development and enhance the partner experience.
