Financial Planning & Analysis - AVP

Some of the key responsibilities include.

• Prepare and analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and business drivers, to support key business reviews.
• Manage the complete process for business introducers’ compensation and ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead data enhancement projects for existing financial reports and improve management information (MI).
• Conduct deep dive analysis on income streams and review cost allocations in collaboration with the Head Office.
• Participate in the development and governance of financial forecast models, including annual budgeting and regular forecasting.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in finance-related projects, including regulatory surveys, IT innovation, and process improvements.

To be eligible for the role, you shall have.

• Qualified CPA/ACCA or equivalent finance degree with 3+ years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage tasks with precision, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a proactive, self-starting attitude toward process improvement.
