We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Tosca Automation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Test Metrics and Reporting CI CD Dev Sec Ops Support Test and Defect Management and Defect Tracking Tools such as JIRA. Proficiency in Auto Functional/Regression Test and Test Management Tools especially Tricentis Tosca is essential. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

· Lead the planning design and execution of test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

· Oversee the development and implementation of test metrics and reporting to track progress and quality.

· Provide support for CI CD Dev Sec Ops processes to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

· Manage test and defect management processes to identify document and track defects using tools like JIRA.

· Conduct automated functional and regression testing to validate software functionality and performance.

· Utilize test management tools to organize and manage test cases test scripts and test data.

· Implement and maintain Tricentis Tosca for automated testing to improve efficiency and accuracy.

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure defects are resolved and quality standards are met.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.

· Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress issues and risks to stakeholders.

· Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

· Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications Required

· Possess strong experience in Test Metrics and Reporting.

· Demonstrate proficiency in CI CD Dev Sec Ops Support.

· Have extensive knowledge of Test and Defect Management.

· Be skilled in using Defect Tracking Tools like JIRA.

· Show expertise in Auto Functional/Regression Test.

· Be proficient in Test Management Tools.

· Have hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.

· Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.

· Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.

· Show commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Certifications Required

• Tricentis Tosca AS1 and AS2 is mandatory
