Site Agent - Civil

We are working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing contractors with a successful regional business based in South Wales.

Due to securing several new frameworks and an already healthy pipeline of work, they require a Civil Site Agent to join their team.

Dynamic and entrepreneurial, this company works across environmental, water, highways, structures, and marine engineering.

The role requires a stand-alone site agent with a proven track record of delivering civil engineering projects up to the value of £5.M, with proven experience in earthworks, and reinforced concrete.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on site.
• Develop and implement detailed work plans and schedules.
• engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure project specifications and quality standards perform all work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
• Allocate and manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven background leading civil engineering projects as a Site Agent/Sub Agent
• Experience in leading and motivating a direct workforce
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCS card, SMSTS, NEBOSH).
• Experience in earthworks, and reinforced concrete advantageous
